Please join FWP at 8:30a tomorrow morning (Thurs 8/21), when we will do a ribbon-cutting on a brand-new, engineered, volunteer-built bridge on the Woodland Park nature trails with City Council Member Mario Castillo.
Even more exciting- having a safe bridge will unlock the ability to make these "officially designated" nature trails, with trail maps and interpretive signage - a big step forward!
If you're free to stop by, all are welcome; we'll have the ribbon cutting just down the trail opening near the tennis courts, then coffee and snacks and shade near the Firefly Field to follow.
